I've never had a bad experience here. Yes, the wait times are long. However, that's usually an indication that the doctors on staff are actually taking their time to evaluate their patients.

As for rude/unprofessional receptionists, I've experienced that in the Park Royal Village (South) medical centre for sure, but the girl who is always working when I go to the North side is very friendly, engaging, and works very hard all by herself to get everyone through in a timely manner.

The problem with health and society, is a lot of people think they are way more sick than they are, they get paranoid and go to the walk-in clinic. These types of people are also the same type who comment negative things on websites, because they're upset at the lack of attention they're receiving versus what over attention they give themselves . It's the same behavior.

However, knowing this, they still treat everyone equally and don't assume that everyone is there due to paranoia.

If it's an emergency, go to the ER. Don't get angry at the staff because things don't go your way. It's people like that who cause long waits in the first place, and then I have to deal with it, when I'm usually in/out in ten minutes.

This clinic is decent, just be friendly and don't act so self entitled, and your experience will be fine.

PS: You probably aren't sick. Relax.

Ditto on the previous posts about the receptionist. She was very rude, not kind or helpful, and seemed annoyed with everything.

Even the doctor on duty was rude. She kept complaining about why are there so many people in the clinic so late...it was 4:45 and the clinic closed at 9:00. She was on a 1-5 shift and was doing her best to get out of there as fast as she could.

I will never go back there.

I agree with the previous post. The receptionist is very rude and does not want to help book you in. She makes excuses why you should not come in and sit down.

I had to get antibiotics and dr. Prescribed 51 me 5 pills for 5 days. He wantsvyou to come back for another appointment and wait forever in the waiting room and then pay yet another pharmacy dispensing fee.
Its very bad.
at least they have good hours.... but its a waist of time sitting there-- waiting and waiting...

Clinic misdiagnosed our son, twice. We had to return to beg for another set of tests, that came back positive as we suspected. We were made to feel unwelcome and told we were overreacting. The receptionist acts as though we are interrupting her day by coming in to the clinic. I will not return here ever again. I suggest you head the comments in this section as well.

I should have looked at the reviews first...I agree the receptionist, or at least the one I had, was unbelievably rude. Told me I was the second person so I stayed rather than go to another clinic....I was actually the second person waiting for one of the 4 rooms to empty...while I realize we don't pay for our visit it would be nice to be treated kindly. The receptionists in the past have not been any where close to as bad as this one

Do NOT go seeking any advice from these people! Their receptionist is an uneducated mess! I have never in my entire 54 years of existence on this earth dealt with such an inappropriate human being...Her name is B*** and she does not represent this medical clinic well...If you are looking for a form to be filled out for medical reasons it will cost you 208.00 (as B*** quoted us) for blood pressure and pulse...If you want to be made to feel unwelcome and feel like you are not in good hands...see B***, she will GIVE it to you like no other! Do not go through that door...That is my best advice...
