The office is not accessible to those with mobility issues.

Receptionists lack training in dealing with the public and are extremely rude. They should be made to take a course in how to speak to people, on the phone and in person,with respect and compassion. They should leave their bored, vacant facial expressions and sighs at home! Dr. M owns the clinic and it goes to show you that even doctors can be ignorant. He told me there was no such thing as the condition I was previously treated for, and there certainly was/is. He also examined a couple of questionable spots and told me it was eczema when I knew it was cancer. Three years later, another doctor in the same clinic took me seriously and sent me to a dermatologist. Sure enough it was cancer! I could have had it dealt with three years earlier if Dr. M. was not such an arrogant man. If you are a woman, never tell him what you think is wrong with you or he will go to great lengths to be contrary and dismiss your concerns. He could develop his listening skills. All of this and so much more that I cannot say about his methods are a hazard to your health, so if you value sound medical treatment and advice, avoid this doctor. Dr. C*** on the other hand is compassionate, caring and very helpful. Request an appointment with her. She is very much cutting edge and in demand.

I have been seeing Dr. M*** for over 10 years. Today, I had a very unpleasant conversation with his receptionist who called me regarding a prescription refill that I had required Rexall to phone for an authorization. I advised her that I would make an appointment next week when I am in town and asked if she could convey a message to the doctor as to my request for a refill since I was out of my medication.

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO DO SO. ACCORDINGLY, I WILL NO LONGER BE SEEING DR. M*** FOR THIS TIME FORWARD.

I'm a doctor, and the doctors at Granville medical are my doctor with good reason.

It is a clinic that is easy to be overlooked. Though the acception was not smiling, the total waiting time and service attitude was nice.

His staff are incredibly rude. Appointments are never on time. You are always "next", even 30 minutes later when clearly other patients have gone ahead.

You get charged for things you were not told you'd be charged for after the fact. You get charged for things that other doctors do not charge for, regardless if you are a regular patient or a walk-in.

The clinic itself is very dated. They use file folders instead of digitizing, and the doctors all keep their notes on the backs of scrap paper. When you see them again, they struggle to read the scribbles from your previous visit. The equipment in the rooms looks like it's from the 70s. I wonder if that's the last time they cared.
