During the Aug 2016 long week-end, I did need to find a DR on the Sunday morning - one receptionist only was working alone (don\'t think that was planned for the schedule;another staff member did not show up). Regardless,,, the lone receptionist/etc. was very patient & polite with all who came in (regardless of her workload & the stress level of the incoming clientelle) - Saw that she did the best she could for the situation this early morning of a long-WE-Sunday alone. Koodo\'s to you my dear!! Also,,, like a miracle, my problem/complaint/symptoms were immediately reduced by about 50%,,, only 4 hours after getting the prescription(s) prescribed from Dr B***; guess the treatment for my woes were on target. Thank YOU doctor & office support for being there on that Sunday morning of a long w/e - I will plan to visit your walk-in clinic again (but hopefully not in the near future :) !!!!

Shameful shabby treatment, met with ignorance from receptionist on arrival for prearranged appointment, who despite my valid \'handicap decal\' said I could not park at the designated handicap space in front of clinic.(Parking lot was full and with a gamut of chronic health conditions, I was lucky that this handicap stall was available) She continued to say I could \"not park there\" although my valid decal was displayed in vehicle. Felt forced to verbally disclose \'a couple\' of my dire medical issues in a waiting room full of strangers with hopes she would stop badgering. Her co-worker beside her eventually intervened saying \"it\'s okay\", . Even after intervention, E*** still had the AUDACITY to add, \"Well you don\'t \'look\' handicap\"! Justify a disability? Insensitive ignorance initiated by a medical clinic\'s receptionist in the health care field is beyond unprofessional,...it\'s inexcusable. In sheer shock & disbelief that I was met with such stupidity and needless embarrassment.

Called this clinic to find out what time closing today (friday) website shows 8PM but receptionist told me at 5:15pm the doctor will be meeting his quota soon so they will be closing in about a half hour at 5:45...so why say on website open till a certain time if the doctor closes down when he meets his quota??? so dont just show up there even though its called a freakin walk in clinic because they might close down hours earlier!
