Had a bad headache for few months. Hard to go to the clinic after work so Googled "walk in clinic in richmond" and this was the first clinic that came up. Called them and asked if I have to make an appoinment just in case. The lady says(very mad for some reason)"Have you been here before". I say "No". The lady answers "We don't take any more patient"(Hang up). Called back ask her if that place is a walk-in clinic. She says the information was not updated. I said "I just googled walk in clinic and called you guys. How would I know if you guys are not a walk in clinic. You shouldn't talk like that to me". What she did is NOT EVEN ANSWER just HUNG UP.
