Dr. C. asked me a couple of questions & immediately sent me to the Emergency Ward of my local hospital - where he had arranged a chair with oxygen (in my name) - even tho\' I was adamant \"they\" were making a huge mistake and I was going Christmas shopping. Never did get that shopping done! After a bewildering number of tests, and less than 3 months later, I had 5 by-passes. I am, apparently, a bit of a medical miracle. I wouldn\'t be if it weren\'t for Dr. C***. Regarding the complaints I see below: \"Very unorganized at the front\" - Have you even LOOKED at the work space that\'s available there? \"Files shoved everywhere\"? Have you a suggestion for a better place? I DO!If mono is \"one of the worst pain experiences you have had in your life\", I wish you continued GOOD LUCK! .......... \"This Clinic held my lab results ..... They were rude to me .....\" Were you rude to them? ..... I CAN\'T/WON\'T address complaints about support staff. I think they\'re wonderful and working with great people in less than perfect surroundings. If your problem can wait, make an appointment and then you won\'t have to. I\'ve had nothing but excellent, caring, efficient treatment from every staff member of

Very unorganized at the front. Had a very long wait time, not because of an abundance of patients, but because of lack of communication between the front desk and the doctors- as well as I overheard them talking about having misplaced a patients file, which didn't surprise me because there were files shoved everywhere.... Which brings me to my point of the inaccurate representation of the clinic in the above photo(not the same clinic at all)!
also I was given a misdiagnosis of strep throat and took medication for a week, only to be getting worse... Before I finally went to a different clinic and found I had mono. This was one of the worst pain experiences I have had in my life.

This Clinic held my lab results for months without consulting me or my family doctor, they were incredibly rude to me on the phone and in person when I inquired about this. I will never reccommend this establishment to any of my friends or colleagues, I feel sad for anyone who has to wait multiple hours for the worst medical care I've ever received.
If I have a medical illness that was due to the negligence and mishandling of my results; I will pursue legal damages..

Clinic called my boyfriend yesterday for his results. They told him he could drop in, but he decided to make an appointment instead for the following day at 7pm. So they call back just now, saying again they had his results and he should drop in, he informed the receptionist of his appointment, and she continued to tell him to just 'drop in'. He tried to clearly state all he wanted was to go in for his original appointment time and she proceeded to call him a jerk and hang up... Not happy with the customer service one bit.
