Found a lump in breast while showering at 8:00 pm Got dresses went to 3 different clinics who all closed early because the doc had already seen the quota of 50 people that day.

I went to this clinic out of desperation and was told by the receptionist "Paris" your too late, the doctor is not seeing anymore people after 8:30, you should have gotten here sooner. I was there at 8:36 pm the clinic is open till 9:00 pm. she was VERY rude to me and I was freaked about the lump. She did not have an ounce of compassion or understanding and I was turned away. PS while I was there, the doctor came out and could not figure out how the phone worked so maybe being turned away was a blessing after all!

I have been going to this clinic for over ten years. The wait times are long, but no different than what I have experienced at any other clinic I have gone to both on the north shore and off. My experiences with the doctors has always been pleasant. As it is a drop in clinic, I have had to come prepared for my appointments with facts and questions, but have always felt heard by the doctors. The staff are very busy and quick to handle patients, as there are often many patients waiting to be seen. Mostly I have found them to be friendly, but efficient with their time.

So fed up with this place. You try to call ahead and all you get is a broken answering machine that doesn't allow you to leave a message. There is always, ALWAYS a 45 min wait or longer. The secretaries are very rude and condescending even if you are being perfectly pleasant. And as soon as you finally get in to see the doctor, they deal with you as fast as they can without properly resolving the issue. I went in today 14 weeks pregnant, with an extremely bad cough/ cold/ sore throat that has left me bed ridden and VERY sore from hacking so much. Have even thrown up from coughing so hard. The doctor said its just a normal cough. Nothing serious. He checked my ear for a fever for about HALF A SECOND and said, "It doesn't look like you have a fever at the moment." Even though I have been having chills all night and all throughout the day and am running a high temperature. As for a prescription? A teaspoon of honey. What a waste of time! Terrible service. Terrible place.
