My constructive review would be to work on your bedside manner!! I understand you deal with people when they are at their worse but let\'s remember THEY ARE AT THEIR WORSE. Very disappointed when I take my children in ( second time in two days, though they were fine the first day, less then 24 hours later, I have school calling. And they weren\'t fine). But that\'s not why I am writing. I\'m sitting here feeling heartbroken for a very shy little girl, who was bribbed to have her ears looked at with a sucker from the doctor. It didn\'t work. She\'s shy and not feeling well! Of course, she had to have them looked at anyways. Instead of building her self esteem with a good job, that was not too bad, you\'re so brave. NOPE! No sucker for her. She can just sit there and watch her brother have one. How mean!! It might be just a sucker but for her it\'s much more ... I\'m guessing she won\'t be open next time now either. Thanks Dr B*** for the amazing experience. I\'ve learnt next time ... Go to south Muskoka clinic.
