Spent over 8 minutes on hold trying to get through to the office. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was in the Clinic today ended up without any wait time at all which was great, the only thing i would say is the place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a very long time, I went in to the restroom and the sink and mirror are falling off the wall and the bathroom was filthy i was asked to do blood work but refused as the place looked unsanitary

I attended at the clinic today and did not even sit down before I was taken in to see the doctor. The doctor I saw was professional and thorough, and answered all of my questions. Total time in, out, and to the pharmacy to fill my prescription was about 20 minutes. This is definitely a record for seeing a doctor, especially at a walk-in clinic! I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Arrived 7:24 pm, hours stated until 8 pm
Turned away, told they were "finished for the day"
Nobody was in waiting room.
Why have hours listed if they're not followed?

Went to this clinic for 7:00 a.am. just to find a change of hours on the door. The change should be put on the web sight.

I went to this clinic on Friday with severe dizziness, hot and cold flashes, inability to keep down food, migraine, severe cough/difficulty breathing and inability to stand for an extended period of time. This was the only clinic still open late enough to see me, and the wait time was short however the reception worker was unwelcoming, the doctor didn't listen to my symptoms fully (nor acknowledge the fact that I had passed out the night before), he gave me a prescription for a cough, took my blood pressure and sent me on my way because of a 10 minute time limit per appointment as well as a one patient one problem rule. This is not how a health centre should be run, regardless of walkin or otherwise. I would gladly wait a few more minutes and actually have my illness addressed than to have to go to a different doctor to find out what is actually wrong with me and get the proper medication that I need the first time around.

Love this place! It is a shame that the lab is gone. Now have to go downtown for blood work!

I was blown away at how quickly I was able to see a doctor. I am currently waiting for my medication at the pharmacy and I haven't even been here yet for no more than 30 minutes. The doctor was pleasant, explained everything to me and the staff was also helpful (both pharmacy and front counter) I would definitely come back here again.

I have used this clinic for several years. I kept going even when I moved an hour away from the Broadway location. I like the onsite pharmacy which is good at dealing with prescriptions for people who have a status card. The wait tines are usually very reasonable. I cannot give it full stars because the on site laboratory was shut down.

I appreciate the availability and treatment at this clinic. The two doctors that have seen me, have been professional and pleasant.
