I've gone here for walk-ins for over seven years but today will be my final time. I was told it would be a 30 min wait but after 90 mins, there were still four people ahead of me (I opted to leave). During my wait, I heard the front desk staff act rather rudely and unprofessionally toward other patients, especially the ones who were elderly or seemed economically disadvantaged. I also heard them talk about the patients behind their backs or after they hung up with them on the phone. In this type of profession, I think you need to be respectful and empathetic in spades no matter who the patient is. Apparently this clinic doesn't believe in that.

reasonably courteous be careful of unnecessary medications

Hours are not accurate. They closed the doors way before closing time.

Have never had to wait long, doctors have been helpful. Nice having a pharmacy attached.
