EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE! Literally shut me up when trying to ask a quick question, who does that as a receptionist?

Agree with the comments here. Every physician I have seen here has been great, but the receptionist is very rude! She's been there for years and I don't understand how.

Love the medical staff but the receptionist is very rude. Gives off the vibe that she just having to help schedule appointments and related tasks are a bother. Shame, as the Doctor's are great and worth putting up with the front desk. On one occasion I called, discussed my needs and then heard her complaining/disparaging me to the entire office - she thought she had hung up I suppose but no.. I heard it all. Very unprofessional and frankly hurtful.

Extremely rude receptionist. Does not seem willing to help or listen to what you have to say.

Always amazing. From Barney at the front desk to each and everyone of the fantastic doctors. Always first rate!

Had a good first experience lovely front staff and very efficient, the doctor was ok not super thorough, Second time around I'm not sure if it was a different lady up front but very rude, short, and disrespectful ... So much so I will not be going back ! :(
