NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. Though we do accept walk in clients on Saturday afternoons.. we are open on Saturdays 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM

I have been fortunate enough to be a patient at this clinic for approximately 15 years. All of the physicians at this clinic are friendly and skilled and genuinely seem to care about their patients. In fact, I feel that my particular GP has gone "above and beyond" at times.

Also, the receptionist is great. She's kind and efficient and always manages to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment when it's been necessary.

Very rude! I've been there quite a few times meaning I have a chart. When I called and asked if I could make an appointment for today I was simply answered with "no I'm all booked". Ok that's totally fine but the receptionist wouldn't offer any other dates. It was an awkward silence for a second until I asked, "ok what about tomorrow?" To which the receptionist replied "nope". Yeah thanks for all of your help lady. I then asked, "okay well which day do you have available?" She replied "uhh possibly Wednesday morning but I can't guarantee walk in" I said "ok thanks but..." And she hung up. IF she were to listen she would hear me say I'm not a walk in. Extremely rude receptionist who sounds miserable every interaction

I went to the walk-in clinic day (Saturday). Efficient, courteous reception and a professional, thorough physician. Was in and out within 20 minutes.

Was told when I called that this was a walk-in clinic.
Sent a patient there and was told he'd have to schedule an appointment.
Not sure why they say they're a walk-in but don't accept walk-ins?

Dr\'s and B***y (receptionist) are always friendly and professional; I feel like they all genuinely care about my family\'s well-being. This is why it\'s great to have a long-term family doctor.

Great doctors, great receptionist. Don't be rude to the receptionist and she won't be rude to you.

bogus reviews - receptionist is lovely and doctors are fantastic too.. great clinic! super busy though.. obviously negative reviews were written by one unsatisfied customer
