Like all walk in clinics you could be waiting a long time to see the doctor. However dr r takes his time to listen to you and help you. I don't feel rushed when with him and he truly seems to care. I am happy that you can call in and make an appointment as well. I drive 45 minutes to attend this clinic because it's the most accommodating I've found.

On Saturdays, I notice a line-up out the door even before the clinic opens. I find, time and time again, that the front end staff are efficient, caring, and courteous. Dr. R is a good listener and very knowledgeable. The location is a bit out of my way but there's a variety of shops and restaurants close by.
This clinic has helped me and my family in the past as we live in the area. Sometimes the service is very professional, other times not so much.

I live near by so naturally I come here, but each time I do i fear I may die from starvation. This is the slowest medical clinic on the planet. The doctor is in no rush what so ever, I'd be surprised if he even helped a single patient in a day. I've tried coming in esrly to put my name down and return closer to so I'm not easting my time, but that doesn't help either. They might put you in a room, but the people in the room will all be helped before you do. Never coming back again.
