I think people leaving messages that front desk staff don't know English and they closed early instead of complaining check why they are closed early. From my experience always or most of the time people who Complains are depressed, no jobs, frustrated with themselves.

8:00 am -9:00 pm
when i called today front end staff told me they close at 3:00 pm i was disappointed

The front end staff is terribly impersonal. You are nothing but a number to them. The doctors don't seem to know much about anything it seems. It would be better if the staff understood English. Very unimpressed at this point.
