This clinic is the worst around. I cannot believe how rude the front desk staff is. The doctors should take notice and have a chat with them, including the office manager, who is not any better. Disgusting behaviour for a clinic who should look up the meaning of confidential!!

Would have to rate this clinic as very poor. I have been there a few times because of location. The receptionist is very rude and the office manager is even worse. I overheard them discussing other patients issues, which is very disturbing. This will be my last time attending this clinic.

I don\'t really have any complaints about the doctors except one. Dr. V***. He\'s rude and just doesn\'t care for his patients. Makes me wonder why he became a doctor in the first place. And that leads me to the receptionists.
Dame attitude as this doctor. Rude and seems very unhappy to be working there. They have gotten better and I can see that they try... Sometimes. .. but makes me wonder why they are still employed there still? They make it impossible to see my family doctor when I need to and to see my doctor in have to line up at the door at 5am just to get a walk in time. Even then it\'s hours of waiting before I can actually see the doctor because the receptionists play favorites with the patients.


I called the clinic to set an appointment at 3:00. Receptionist said 3:30 and i agrred to the time. They never follow the time. It took us 45 minutes

I\'m glad it says to leave a constructive review because this would be incredibly helpful for your office. I have tried booking an appointment 10 times (all at various times of the day when the receptionist have asked me to call since August and it is now October.) I have tried walking in a number of times early on a Saturday morning as well and I cannot get in to see my own family doctor. My suggestion would be to reduce walk in patients to ensure that family practice patients are able to actually see their doctor. My second suggestion would be to allow someone other than just Rashnee to make appointments for Dr. M*** because everytime I call (when the other receptionists ask me to!) she is either not there or is away. It\'s very frustrating to have a chronic illness and have to wait months to even MAKE an appointment (not even SEE my doctor!)

Sometimes receptionist should reflect the how good are the doctors working in your clinic, since they the front liner. When answering phone the they should be given a proper training like in the tone of their voice when they answer the phone, let their clients feel that they really cares as what the clinic names say so.

In my perception, they like to tell me to go away and go other other clinic. But to my despair I have my favorite doctor working with them. So I can not just go.

Train your front liners what is a customer all about.

This place is horrible for walking in and to book inadvance for appointments is just ridiculous!!! To book an appointment is 1 month and to walk in you have to show up at 5 am. Even then your are not guaranteed to be accepted. This one receptionist is terrible. She should not be in Healthcare by the way she treats people. Everyone who is there is obviously sick and no compassion for anyone. I understand clinics are busy but to be treated rudely and be given abrupt attitude is just unacceptable. We ended up taking an ambulance to the hospital because waiting weeks for a follow up appointment and refused twice to walk in at 5 am is how this clinic only knows how to operate.
