We had a very bad experience with brickyard clinic staff..they are highly insensitive and rude. My husband is sick from last two weeks and we were just trying to follow up with test results if they were in..we were told by staff that we cannot keep looking for your reports whole day! And hung up on me saying you can have a fabulous day..we hold a spot with them to see a doctor after explaining that my husband has acute diarrhea, they gave our spot to someone else and asked us to wait for 2 hours. We are certainly not going there again!!!

After waiting 2 hours to see Dr. N***, my daughter was told the Dr was \'very swamped\' and the she should \'see another Dr\' The only \'medical\' advice she gave was: don\'t worry about the huge unexplained bruises on your legs...you probably bumped them.\' Really?!?!

It would be helpful if the receptionist would answer the phone or at the very least, a voicemail service.

It would be extremely helpful to patients if the clinic would post accurate clinic times on their website. Why bother even posting times if they are not right? VERY aggravating
