I walked in at 9AM as a walk in patient. Waited one hour to see a doctor. A one hour wait as a walk in patient is pretty good because I have waited over one hour when I have a booked appointment with my regular doctor.
I have to agree the MOA in the front taking in patients was amazing. She was very profession and empathetic both in person with walk in patients and with patients over the phone.

I hesitated to go to this clinic because of the reviews I read from June 2015. But this morning, having been turned away by a sign at one place "closed for the summer" and another "We are NOT accepting new patients", I reluctantly came to this clinic.
The Medical Assistant (or receptionist) *I* met today must not have been the same person from the June 2015 reviews.
This person (with curly hair - sorry - don't know how else to describe her), expressed empathy and understanding as she cheerfully anticipated my concerns and set my mind at ease.
She was very efficient about getting me in and I believe, screened for the severity of my condition, and then she got me in front of a doctor. The doctor was also caring and efficient.
I just wanted to set the record straight about the medical assistant/receptionist.
If I need help, I will definitely come here again.

1) You have a few hours to sit around waiting for your turn as a walk-in patient. As you see so many others 'with an appointment' be seen ahead of you,
2) You only need a prescription written, medical expertise is a 1/10 except for Dr MxxXxxxxx, she rates a 10/10,
3) You are from a country that is the same of the receptionists!
Otherwise stay away!

Dr. Axxxxxxx, can you pls teach your medical office assistants (receptionists) to be at the least a bit RESPECTFUL to patients, especially seniors and people with english as a second language???
