I was very pleased with the friendly service I received both from the receptionists when I called to find out the wait time and when I arrived. They put me on the list within a few minutes and were great about my going shopping and coming back. As I was feeling very low energy, I wanted to maximize my time out of the house. The doctor was also friendly and efficient and diagnosed me quickly. Thanks to all! Great experience when you aren't feeling well.

Went there before 9am on a Wednesday. It didnt take long. The doctor was very friendly and attentive. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's Saturday at 1pm. I called to see if they're busy and there's an automated message that the office is closed. "Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM". I guess they changed their hours.

Above you can see their posted hours, as well as on their front door of clinic. I work till 6:30 and close by. Went to get my results last Thursday and door was locked at 6:35. The following morning, I phoned and asked about their hours and she seemed surprised about hours been posted on-line, as well as on their front door saying, Thursday and Friday till 9pm. Having worked in offices most of my life don't find this very efficient. Come on, get it together.

I attended this clinic in New Westminster for five years and I have to say that I received the best care ever, Dr, Diane Wozny is the most caring and concerned Doctor I have ever encountered and I miss her very much. I now live in Ontario and the care here is nowhere near the care I got from Dr. W***y. Of course, if you don't have an appointment or you're too lazy to be there when the doors open, you will have to wait to see a doctor. After all, it IS a walk in clinic. By the way...I am not using an alias!

I have moved around the city and as such been to drop-ins good and bad in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and North Vancouver. Keeping in mind that no drop-in/walk-in experience is ideal, this place takes the cake for the worst service and least helpful walk in I have ever been to. The staff there and the doctors seem to have a complete disregard for common sense and have no desire to really help you, only cycle through as many patience as legally allowable. With wait times of almost three hours and absolutely no regard for the patient's discomfort or care, it's a wonder these people are even allowed to practice medicine when they really have all the skills necessary for an inbound cell phone call centre.
