I am very disappointed in the way this clinic handled my daughters illness. On Fri I went and had a Dr visit. she had a throat swab and the Dr. said i would get a phone call in 2 days if it was a positive result for a bacterial infection. ON Sunday she was no better and I had not heard from the Dr. I went to the clinic to find it CLOSED because there were not enough Dr.s I got a phone call on Monday that I was to make an appointment on thurday since there was a positive result. I was outraged to have to wait till thursday while my 4 year old HAS an infection. My husband made an appointment for Monday and they said oh you have an appointment Thurs and were confused, he wanted the result so we can get her the medicine she needed. His appointment was for 5:20 he waited until 6pm to get in with a lethargic and ill 4 year old. We got the precription but we could have had it on Sat because the Dr. who treated her noted that the results were in on SAT!!! I am disappointed and will never visit this clinic again.
