I have been a patient of Dr. M*** since April, 2017. Dr. M*** is a very good physician. The staff is always professional. I
would highly recommend Eagle Ridge medical clinic.

Very good doctors but difficult to become a family doctor as a result of their work load.

I see a lot of people complaining about the walk in clinic being closed. It's because they open early to take names, the doctors are so good people line up outside the door an hour before they open to get a spot. I've been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else! If you want a good doctor that will pay attention to your problems and actually care about you this is the place to go.

This clinic is the worst walk in clinic I have every experienced. It is almost impossible to see a doctor there. They are busy all day every day and stop taking patients even when they have barely been open for the day. The receptionists have no sense of customer service and act like it's some royal privilege to be granted an audience with a doctor there.

The hours on the website are wrong for this location on Saturday. They open at 7:30 am. I called them at 9:00 am and they were already booked up for the day. The receptionist was also very rude on the phone. I would never go to this place. Go to the Barnet one in Coquitlam mall. Much better service.

I arrived at this clinic one day at the beginning of the walk-in hours. There was a sign up saying the walk-in clinic part was closed. I didn't go in to ask so I don't know why. It was weird that they were closed before they even started.
