Dr R*** was very knowledgeable, and didn\'t want to just slap band-aids on my issues to hope they just went away. The staff was very caring and friendly, wait times were under 30 min even for a holiday weekend. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I concur with the review provided on Nov 9/16, the doctor didn't even sit down. He dismissed all my questions. His white coat was all smudged with paint. I'm not sure he sanitized the therometer he stuck in my ear.

In addit ion to the poor doctor, I was a walk in and asked to sign up. The nurse then said hold on a sec. I then waited 20 min and then tried to ask if I could sign in but both nurses ignored me and kept talking amongst themselves and eventually taking calls. I sat back down and just waited assuming I'm waiting for an dropped appointment. At the 40 min mark I was the only person left in the clinic... and she started checking in 2 other walk ins! Getting irritated i confronted her and she said she forgot about me.

The whole ordeal was a joke. I am going to another clinic tomorrow.

I have been going to this clinic as needed over the last three years. What I have discovered here is what I have learned over time in my daily life, that one's attitude is not a one size fit all.

Some Patients are egocentric enough to believe their attitude is perfect and everybody who doesn't conform to their personality is dysfunctional. But in dealing with different people, including different doctors, patients need to have attitude flexibility enough to adapt to various other attitudes. Some attitudes are all business, some are jovial, some are engaging and some are too busy to personally interact according to the way you want them to; it's called humanity and human diversity and the patient is as responsible to be flexible in discerning that fact as the Doctor they think is unhelpful for whatever is eating in the craw of the patient.

And it is this very reason of flexibility that shows the various reviews we see submitted that oftentimes says more about the patient than the Doctors and Receptionists they complain about.

If you think a Receptionist or a Doctor has a sour or grouchy look ask them what they're so happy about and watch how that simple question, well intentioned, will make you both chill out for a moment and thaw any potential coldness you may perceive.

Have you heard that we all have a funny bone. Well maybe you should ask the Doctor to check yours out first because you are not feeling too happy about being under malaise.

And finally, Did you know that a smile begets a smile; but wait for it....don't wait for someone else to beget your smile when you should begetting your own smile first! Be flexible and know that your attitude is part of the cure remedy, not somebody else's attitude......your own.

Very poorly organized clinic. I called in the day before asking if I could make an appointment because apparently a lot of so called "walk in" clinics take appointments and they're too full for walk in patients. The lady then told me that I cannot make an appointment (without even checking I had been there before). The next day, I walked in 5 minutes after they opened with 3 people ahead of me, but for those who checked in after me (4-5 patients) just got in before me. I then asked the receptionist how many people there were ahead of me and she told me I was the next one. 2 minutes later, the doctor literally just called someone else in. What is wrong with this clinic seriously?
Why do we have walk in clinics if they take appointments and are full before walk in patients come?
