The front desk employees are extremely rude. I went in as its a walk in clinic, and I had severe pain. When asked the lady to make sure I'll be getting a doctor once available she was very harsh and sounded too frustrated with her job. On top she called me back instead of helping other people in the line to fight and was literally screaming. This employees forget they have the job for people and they need to be as polite as possible. It would nice to see some changes and if these employees could be trained a bit better.
