The staff are amazing both in the clinic and the pharmacy. I was in/out in 1/2 hour. Obviously a slow day but the customer service was amazing all around and would wait in a long line up anytime for the type of service they provided.

Maybe your receptionists can be pleasant and helpful. Instead of not answering simple questions"where do I stand?"and then slamming window in my face and refusing to talk to me. People are sick when they go there and need compassion not attitude.

Have been to the Clinic a few times and found the staff and doctors to be professional and caring. I have read some of the other negative reviews and it is unfortunate there are folks who were not pleased with the service provided. I have not encountered any problems. The longest I have ever waited is an hour; was not rushed out by the Doctor on call and felt that he/she cared about what I had to say and wanted to help. Overall the I believe the Clinic staff provide great service and should be commended for the great job they do!!
