I love my doctor, she is great, but they need new front desk staff, they never answer the phones, they never return calls and they are rude! Once after calling several times I finally drove up there to book an appointment in person, and I stood there for almost 8 minutes (yup timed it!) and waited for the girl at the front desk to get off the phone with her boyfriend. I know that's who it was because they were arguing!
