Dr. diagnosed problem, and sent me for xray. Said would phone me with result. Did not call. I called walk in clinic. Had me down as not to contact patient. I had my clinic phone to get result. Dr's diagnosis totally incorrect as per xray result. My family doctor has put me on medication. Walk in doctor did not think it was necessary to call me and give correct diagnosis. Or maybe too embarrassed he gave out wrong diagnosis. Very displeased
with that doctor. Would not recommend!

Says open on Saturday and Sunday, but they are NOT. Just drove 45 min to the city to find out.

Staff unsympathetic, branch manager is rude and allows her staff to be rude. The communication between the doctor and pharmacist is poor. The receptionists question patients on prescriptions and give the impression that they are nurses , they are there to schedule appointments.

The telephone system of trying to get hours for "walk-in hours " are inadequate. You are put on indefinite hold and never find out. The message should be given right away as to the hours when the clinic is open
