I thank god I don't work for her, she was just yelling at us and finally gave me a prescription and told me to talk to the pharmacist. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I went to this clinic with a lump in my arm pit that was very painful. I've never had this happen before and I could feel other lumps starting to form. The doctor told me it was an ingrown hair and that she "could give me antibiotics, but it'll go away on its own." I know what an ingrown hair is. This was not it. I was in and out of the room in just a few minutes without anything actually being done for me.
My problem only got worse. It was so swollen, painful and unsettling. I cried all night. I went to another walk-in the next day (at Superstore. I highly recommend them!) and was told at first glance I had a bacterial infection and a large abscess that had to be drained. If treated with antibiotics, it might not have gotten as bad as it did when they had to lance it.
