Well I called there a week ago and asked to see a doctor. They told me there would be a walk in doctor there the following Tuesday and I could have an appointment at 5:30.
Tuesday comes around and after being struck in the head with a 12 foot piece of pipe I make my way down for my appointment. Only get there to find out the door is locked. So I knocked. The lady inside keeps asking me which doctor I'm suppose to see (through the locked door I might add) I tell her I dot know, I'm just suppose to have an appointment at 5:30. She says there are no walk in doctors. I point to the sign on the door stating "walk in from 5-7" she's shaking her head and telling me there is no walk-in doctor there.
Bottom line, maybe next time ask for my phone number when booking an appointment if you have walk-in doctors bailing out on you. They wasted my time to drive there and the time it took me to drive back to St James because Quick care on MacGregor was also not accepting anymore patients for the day.
Completely unacceptable from a medical establishment. You should be embarrassed. 1 star only because it won't let me pick 0 stars
