We had the worst experience ever at this clinic just this past weekend. We were told that children were given priority & that there were two children before us. The third child who came after us got called in so we asked & she couldn't find our file & apparently she had misplaced it. No apology but we were told we would be next. And then the fourth child who also came after us got called in so we told her that we were before these two children. We spoke to her & she cut us off & she said she doesn't play favourites & that the little boy had waited a long time. 30 minutes or so vs our 2 hour wait time! She was very rude & yelled at us. We've never been treated so badly, so rudely & so unfairly at what's supposed to be a professional place. We wish we had gotten her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. On top of that, we had to pay $60 (a fee that wasn't on the list & was just decided on the spot) for a crappy service!

I have read some of the reviews concering this clinic. My experience has been on the weekend - both Saturday and Sunday. The doctors have been very good and to the point. They take their time to listen and are not quick to just prescribe a pill. The receptionists are very professional and polite - even though they are extremely busy with patients, phones and assisting the doctors. My experience with this clinic has been good and would recommend it.

I just moved to the area and needed to see a doctor right away. when I spoke with the receptionist she was very unprofessional to my surprise. I needed directions and I had other questions as well and she kept rushing me to get off the phone being very rude to the point where I couldn't speak to her anymore. I asked her if could speak to her supervisor and she said " yes her name is nathaly!!" and hung up the phone. I'm sure she gave me a fake name. I called back to get more information, the same woman answered and not only was rude again but she denied I even called the right walk in clinic and hang up again while I was still talking. I called the same place of course. I have worked in a hospital emergency room and no matter how crazy things got we never lost our cool the way this women did with me. I am embarrassed for her and her employers. I do not recommend this to clinic to anyone based on customer service.

I have been here several times and I have seen different doctors each time. One doctor would not even take a careful look at the bad infection I had and just prescribed some random antibiotics. These turned out to be the wrong ones and made matters worse. Luckily there are some really nice and caring doctors there as well, who paid more attention and were more concerned. They sent lab tests and it turned out to be something life threatening. They are good doctors, but some think they should not waste their time on non-life threatening things.

phoned about 5 times this morning to book an appointment. no one answers the phone. it rings forever and there is no answering machine.

I went to Kerrisdale Station Medical walk-in clinic this morning with a swollen hand after a nasty fall from the bike the day before. After 30 minutes of waiting I could speak to a nice doctor that had a look at my hand and sent me for an x-ray few blocks away, and promised to call me back when she gets the results. So I called at the end of the day and it turned out that it can take a week to get the results. In the meantime I have a swollen hand and DID NOT GET ANY ADVICE WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT. The woman by the phone was not of any help, and all she could tell was "thank you for your call". I bet this clinic will be paid for my visit from the insurance, as well as the x-ray place in Oakridge Centre. But as a patient with a swollen, black-and-blue hand whit unknown diagnosis, having to wait for another week to get to know if it's ok or not, I feel kind of duped. Maybe it's like that everywhere, but never again will I visit this clinic.
