I called to see if I can get an appt. I wanted to get a Dr second opinion re a pain in my knee..they called me and set me up an appointment..then close to the time I was called and they said that they don't take new patient!!and is cancelling the appointment they did for me...I said this is a walk-in clinic and if I walked-in would you have taken me then? The receptionist couldn't answer me...they shouldn't be operating and putting a notification everywhere that they accept WALK-IN when in fact they don't...really a Joke clinic!!

This place is a joke. Late service, rude staff, unprepared and then after all their mistakes not a single apology or acknoweldgement. This is not a place for health care.
