The doctors are great. The problem is the receptionist. She(curly hair lady) has a major attitude and is annoyed to make appointments or check for faxed results. All she does is gossip with the other receptionist. She also took it upon herself to share my medical situation and who I am dating with my family member who also comes to the same clinic without my knowledge or consent.

The main problem of this clinic are the receptionist. Walking into the clinic makes you feel as if it was a burden to show up because of their hostile attitude. As a medical clinic there needs to be an understanding towards customer care. Receptionist simply tend to ignore or put other tasks ahead of people that simple just need a question answered. Overall, working at a medical clinic is a privilege not a right and I am not that only person with the same feeling. 2/10
