Horrible place !!! I went in with my 6 year old son as he had a sore throat, he has major anxiety and the Dr I believe her name was e*** , had no compassion was very agressive and rude, telling my son to grow up and is he 2 years old . Then telling me that I need to control my kid better! If your going to be a doctor and deal with public be a little more considerate! !!!!!

Terrible place, Very rude staff!!! I went therew ith my 5 year old and was told there would be a 45 min. wait...and after 3 hrs was put into a room to be told again that there were 4 patients ahead of me....why they would stick us int he room to again wait for another 1/2 hr. is unexplainable.. Receptionist seems annoyed and angry in every aspect of her job including speaking to patients which is uncalled for..Unfortunately for my it is the closes Clinic from my home, but need to find alternative place. You would think a clinic would have more empathy since people and children go there cause they are ill!! Even though the reception room was constantly full the desk continued to accept more people even though for the first 2 1/2 hrs I was there....only 1 DOCTOR was there!!!! very unorganized front staff and very unpleasant....the doctor when we finally saw him was very nice!

The first indication I received this clinic may have had some issues was the large sign stating "we do not tolerate any verbal abuse towards staff and doctors". It was almost foreshadowing of the terrible experience I would have with the staff. They dont seem to care about their jobs, dont treat patients with respect, and give unrealistic wait times and wont update you or take reservations. They also close early almost every day due to reaching quotas. The dr's that work here are very good and thorough however. Wish the rest of the clinic was run as professional as they are.

second time on a sunday that the office has been closed before 4pm you need to change your hours or stay with the ones you advertise
