Everything about this clinic, staff, Dr. It's terrible they don't care for their patients or anything!!

Overall, 3 different experiences with this clinic and none have been particularly positive.
First experience, I arrived at the clinic at 1700hrs on a Friday in December, following a long day of work at a local hospital. It was very disheartening to find the clinic closed to walk in patients over 2hours before the posted closing time. I realize MDs can't over bill, but if the clinic is constantly over busy then either change the hours or hire more doctors. Yes, I realize the latter is not necessarily a quick and easy option.
Second experience, attended the clinic for problems following travel to a foreign country. Again, long waits and information given by MD conflicted information given by a different MD. I finally sought a 3rd opinion and insight from a doctor who is a friend of mine in an attempt to get a tiebreaker answer.
Third experience, waiting on results of tests from previously mentioned travel issue. Waited 3days, called clinic and was told results were in , attended clinic and waited 90min for MD to tell me negative results for something I already figured out I didn't have given symptoms, etc. Called the clinic the next day and was told results were in, waited 2hrs to speak with the MD only to be given the same results as 24hrs previous. I don't blame the MD for this, but the reception and team as a whole need a improve their communications.
Overall, as a health care provider, I'm not happy with the organization and performance of this clinic. Once I get the results of this final test (waiting now as #11 when the clinic opened), I will not be coming back.

Wow, reading at the below reviews I\'m thinking maybe everyone that has written them has forgotten where the real problem is. Sure there are wait times and yes even when you make an appointment at times you are going to have to wait. And yes Dr, E*** is lacking on a bit of bed side manner, but that wouldn\'t be the first time a doctor has suffered from lack of compassion.
We all need to see the big problem which isn\'t at our clinics it\'s with our medical system as a whole. Personally my complaint is with the government and good luck to us all fixing that one!
let\'s face it. the days of having your family doctor come to your house when your sick or injured is over.

This will be the LAST time I go to this clinic. I understand the receptionist cant give wait times but they told me there was only 4 people infront of me and i somehow waited for two and a half hours! The staff was extreamly rude and unprofessional. Than when i got into the drs office i saw Dr E*** and she acted as if I was making a big deal over nothing about my problem and just brushed off any questions i had. She had no empathy at all and i left feeling like i had no answears. I will be seeing another dr tomorrow at a different clinic.

Every time I book an apt it never happens on time. The closest I got to my booked apt time was a half an hour late! maybe I'm wrong but I thought that's why u book a time?

Yes, the receptionists have been less than helpful.
You must have seen the same doctor in the past to make an appointment with said doctor. If said doctor is not working, you come as a walk-in.
Even with an appointment the wait time is long.
The doctor once said my partner could make an appointment to see him, even though he had never come as a walk-in. This is because my partner's schedule makes it very hard for him to come as a walk-in. The receptionist refused to help us.
All this said, the doctors that I have seen at the clinic are really lovely and so I continue to return despite not liking their office staff.

The office manager is the most condescending, rude, patronizing and least empathetic person I have ever had to deal with. She is argumentative and has decided to change all the policies pertaining to what doctors have set up originally with their patients. Absolute no apologies or accountability for her actions. She gives the wrong information and is willing to allow patients to abuse the medical system by booking unneeded appointments to get doctors to approve things that have already been approved. And the recording you get while you are on hold is the complete opposite to the service you actually get. Where has the use of manners gone and why do we accept this kind of behaviour from people who are supposed to be professionals?

This reception staff at the clinic are terrible, abrupt and rude. They ask at the counter why you are coming in and everyone can hear your business. I had to wait a long time for a scheduled appointment and could see and hear everything they were doing. They were bad mouthing patients, covered up paperwork that they forgot to file and more. I was supposed to have a scan over a year ago and they deny that the Dr. Ever asked for it, even though she asked twice. Dr. Exxxe is one of the least caring abrupt doctors I have ever come across, she immediately jumps to a diagnosis without you even finishing what you have to say, and makes you feel about an inch tall. She always brushes off your concerns and off to the next patient.

This clinic has a long wait for a doctor not to really take the time to understand what you are saying. Very dismissive attitude. To have to listen to the receptionists talking to other patients about their private concerns over the phone is not something I would want people to have to listen to if I was phoning. Sometimes a little empathy goes along way, word of mouth goes along way too.

VERY POOR SERVICE. The main receptionist is very angry and life and likes to make herself and others around her angry. This clinic does not know how to submit paper work for medical purposes and then they LIE about it. HORRIBLE CLINIC. Someone should really look into this clinic.
