Bad service! Receptionists are rude! they do not respect appointment times, not coordinate walking clients and appointment clients. You can wait lots before doctor give you 5 minutes quickly consultation. and then if you ask they answer.... "All walking Richmond Clinic 's wait list is 2 hours so.... do not complain"

If you are a walking patient/client... they do not respect your time does not matter if you have appointment or not....is same you will wait lots of time 2 3 hours..front desk girls are rude, lost...receptionist need training.. NO NICE WITH PEOPLE...
I really do not want to go back for a 2 hours waiting and 5 minutes consultation.Doctor does not put attention on what is your last prescription, they don't care.
receptionists just care about numbers... is so bad, used to be a good clinic, now is just numbers patients equal numbers
