Th clinic is only open til 1:30 on Sunday. The Dr. on call works 7 days a week so he deserves a half day off I would think! At 10:00 there is usually a line up of about 10-20 people so in those 3.5 hrs he can only see 25 patients approx so the closed sign will go up early. So Best to get there & line up by 9:30

This is first time to see Dr K***. I wasn\'t feeling well for many days. I told her my problem and she said there is nothing she can do. She did not even diagnose nor check my blood pressure. I am in my 50\'s , I have chest pain and headache. She said it could be flu symptoms and just drinks lots of water. That\'s all she said and get me out quickly. I felt very uncomfortable and was shocked with such blunt answers. Won\'t go back to this doctor ever.

I went to this clinic on Saturday and was the first patient waiting and the lady that came in afterwards who just registered at front reception was taken in first then 2 individuals that came in asking if they do flu shots were taken again before me. The doctor said that people getting flu shots are taken first. I hope I never have to go back to this clinic it is clearly not first come first serve and Clearly the doctor takes who she wants first.

Personally I have always received excellent care at this clinic. Yes, the wait is usually long due to their location and patient load but is worth it. Dr. S always very courteous so not sure why other people are having such issues.

I walked in on a Sunday and was asked to come in two hours later. The wait time was the issue, the unprofessionalism of Dr. S*** was. When he walked into the room, he did not greet me or ask me what was wrong, he simply stared at me until I told him what I was coming in for. He suggested that he had to complete a vaginal swab rest. He attempted to put a speculum in and I told him it was painful. He then said I can do it myself since I do not want to cooperate with him. I have been to a lot of medical walk in clinics and never received such rude treatment. I do not recommend to come here even if desperate to see a doctor on a weekend.

Hours stated for Sunday: 10AM - 5PM

Time I arrived: 10:20AM.

The receptionist did not acknowledge me at all when I arrived - simply got up, turned the "OPEN" sign off, and sat back down.

Maximum client capacities are totally understandable, however: A) Not 20m after opening; and B) Not when it isn't communicated in a polite, professional tone to the clients.

Many people are stating their opinions about the hours and closing times, but walk-in clinics actually have a client capacity. Going into the clinic at a later hour will not work regardless of the "closing time" because if the clinic has accepted the maximum clients already, they are required to close to the public, although many doctors and secretaries stay for paperwork reasons etc.

I have gone there 6 times Mon-Sat, at varying times during business hours and every time they have been closed. This is not acceptable, especially since they are located directly next door to a low income family complex and a senior's residence.

Web site says open until 9 PM Mon - Fri. Went at 7:20 on Monday and it was closed. Nice. Get it together.
