Dropped in about 6:00 on a Saturday evening with an infected lip. It took a while to find the entrance, but once I did, the receptionist helped me cheerfully and promptly, and I had to wait less than 5 minutes to see Dr C.

She was wonderful, listened carefully, asked questions, and prescribed an antibiotic. Two days later I am feeling much better, the lesion is draining, and the swelling is much less.

This was a very positive experience, especially as my family physician and any number of clinics closer to home were closed.

Went to the clinic Saturday Nov 19th with sick child that I was sure had strep and needed antibiotics. Swollen tonsils, white patches, vomiting, fever, difficulty swallowing. The doc on duty didn\'t check her temp, listen to her lungs, ask questions, feel for lymph node enlargement, nor look longer than a millisecond at her throat, he immediately said viral and go and take Tylenol for 3 days. Did not take a throat culture. My child became very ill over the next 24 hours, I took her to a different clinic who diagnosed her with strep immediately and now on medication. Listen to your gut and not the doc on call on weekends at Lynn valley care center. It\'s my second misdiagnosis from this physician and I will not be going back. Receptionist is great as is Dr R***.

We dropped in on a sunday abd were unable to get in. Alldoors locked and notices telling us to go thru the parkadr were useless since noone answers the phone. Disappointing.

I went in to have stitches removed today, the wait was 40minutes-1 hour, during which time I left to do my shopping. They got me in after 45 minutes. The receptionist was great as it was busy and she was alone behind the counter. Dr.H*** was fantastic, thorough, and had a great bedside manner. The past visits I\'ve had to other clinics the doctors were cold and impatient. He was neither.

Went in with strep throat and was greeted with rudeness and very poor service. Attempted to call 3 times after my visit to see if I could follow up on my medication not working and the phone was not answered once. When the phone rings in the office, the front desk employees just glance at it and continue chatting with each other. The doctor who saw me was kind but I will never be going here again because of how poorly I was treated.

Front desk service is very poor and biased.
Doctors are decent.

Poor service at the front desk!!
The doctors are good but I don't understand why they have only have only 1 or 2 doctors when is so many patients in the waiting room.
