after our family doctor retired in this clinic, it has never been a good clinic anymore. There are a lot of new GP coming in but they only take walk-in patient only. You come in 7:30 am to get 11:20 appointment. Ridiculous. The receptionist are not as accomodating and helpful anymore.... I end up coming back to get personal information.... very disappointing.

Very long wait times. Some of the staff are quite rude and treat you as an imposition for asking a question. One of the doctors on site was great but hes retired, and this is no longer my go to clinic. The patient care has really gone down hill here.

I have been to this clinic about 5 times. Every time the wait it very long and the consultation with the doctor feels rushed and very surface level. I have had a good experience with Dr. C***, but the others very much seemed to want to write me a prescription and get out of there without even much consultation.
