The only thing that I notice about this clinic is they say your personal information out loud that all patients waiting in the area heard it. I do understand that they need to confirm our information, & thats why they required Drivers License or Health Card upfront, they could just confirm or asked if the address is still correct or is the phone number changed, or confirm the last 4digits etc., instead of reading it out loud into the public, we felt like we dnt have a privacy at all.
