Got in quick and both the receptionist and doctor were friendly and helpful.

I'm surprised at some of the other comments here regarding Dr Henderson. I've seen him numerous times over the past 7 years or so and really like him. He's never once said anything to me about not having a family dr and has never been anything less than supportive in my issues. I absolutely LOVE Dr Pugh, but I'm not sure if she's there anymore. I tried finding her at another clinic to see if I could use her as a regular family dr but no luck. The front staff are great as well. Highly recommend it.

They seem to close up the clinic whenever they feel like it. Their hours are not as advertised

Saw Dr. Henderson. He was straightforward, helpful and very prompt at following through on results. Would absolutely recommend.

Was very dissapointed with the dr I saw. Interrupted me in a short history of symptoms to say emphatically that I was wrong to ascribe those symptoms to any real malady. Repeatedly berated me with not having a family doctor and getting regular checkups even though I explained that they keep retiring and are to find. Generally arrogant, condescending. Charming scots accent though.

Receptionist was friendly but the doctor I saw was a bit difficult. He spent most his time lecturing me about not having a family doctor in Vancouver but I am a student from another city. Prescribed me a costly medication when explicitly told him what I couldn't afford. Also refused to give me advice about my other medication.

I've seen several doctors here and liked them all. Always felt well taken care of. And they are very good about predicting how long the wait will be, so you can go away and come back in time.

Amazing receptionist - mainly because she can bear to work there.
The one doctor was a total control freak,
rude in that he didn't care at all to hear what I had to say, he had his own pre conceived ideas
and agenda.

No wonder they have to run a walk in clinc -
not many people would want to have him as their family doctor.
