My five year old was complaining of a sore ear. Upon walking in to the clinic we saw Dr. L***. He appeared to have no interest in what I had to say and only expected answers to question he asked. He presented as quite rude to say the least. Then he only looked in \'one\' of my son,\'s ears and noted that the issue was excessive ear wax. We left and I got over the counter remedy as suggested by the Dr. Over the next few hours my son continued to complain about the pain. We attended a different clinic just now and learned that both ears were badly infected and his throat was inflamed. Very poor practice at the mall!!!!
