Can't understand or accept why this clinic won't accept tel calls or be able to leave message. Simply wanted to talk to nurse about my lab results as not in sync with results taken in Wpg. Why necessary to drive in from out of town. Poor set-up.
Had appointment took over an hour to be seen. Tried booking another appointment on a Monday for Tuesday was told no had to call Tuesday morning. Recep
