I have been going to Care point for the last 23 years of my life, with only 1 misdiagnosis. I'm still alive thanks to them

I've had a very bad experience there. I've been there on a sunday 11am for my baby who had a cough, running nose, and some canker sores in the mouth. There was nobody in the waiting room, so it was not overcrowded at all !
Dr N. Tong get into the room where we were waiting. He didn't say "hello" or anything, just "what's wrong?". He was really rude with my 21 months old who was scared and crying. Then he wrote down some drugs and told me to give that to my son, with no explanation. I could hardly read, and I asked "is it a syrop" and he said "yes it's a syrop for his cough". Then he left. He stayed like 3 minutes with us, he didn't have a look at the canker sores.
When I went to the pharmacy, the associate explains me that the "syrop" was actually an antibiotic.
I will never go back there, the doctor really didn't care about us, too bad for a medical centre.
