I had nothing but praise for the Clinic and especially Dr. E***. She is always caring, efficient and empathetic. The receptionists give you a realistic idea of wait time, allowing you to come back and not hang around waiting. Dr. E*** and a locum, Dr G***, were attentive and thorough, which led them to discover a very serious illness in time, which might have taken much longer through the G.P. . I am so grateful!

Horrendous wait times. 3-4 hours when an appointment was booked. Worth the wait for dr w***e but avoid dr A***m at all costs. She does not care about proper treatment or even simply pretending to care about your well being. Prescribe and refer while offering little insight on how to treat problem. I was shocked with her attitude every time it was her I had to see. She also told me I might have cancer without running any tests that would indicate anything of that sort. Real comforting. Do yourself a favor and see dr w***e.

Me and my family have been going to this clinic for years . Yes sometimes you have to wait a couple of hours but that is understandable , as it is very busy. I find the doctors very helpful and kind as are the receptionists .

These doctors have been kind and accurate every time I have been in to see them which is probably about a dozen times. They are informative and encouraging and I don't care how long it takes to see them, it's worth it.

My family is new to this area. Two weeks ago i went in and the receptionists talked between them selves , it took a bit for me to be acknowledged. Today i brought my son in the older lady on the right was there again but a different girl on the left. Once again we had to wait for thsir conversation to end. The wait was 3 hours, so we left. I have bad vibes from the front desk at this office. Will not return

Horrible doctors that don't care about you. My husband came in with stabbing stomach pains after have food poisoning for four days. The female doctor just gave him antibiotics and said "ya that's normal. Take this if you don't feel better'. FOUR days of diarrhoea and stomach pains is not normal we said, but she just prescribed the antibiotics. She didn't even order tests or anything to figure out what he had.

We ended up going to the pharmacy next door and they were super helpful and advised electrolytes to help with hydration and gave some great advice on keeping him comfortable as it worked through his system.

He had to go back a day later because it got worst (day 5). The other doctor finally ordered some tests and after the results came in they called and told us to come back in.

We showed up at the place with an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half. This was not a walkin appointment, they told us what time to show up, and we did. When the doctor finally showed up, he didn't even know what we were here for and hadn't looked at the results up until that moment (same guy who ordered the tests). We asked him what the test results meant and he read from the report then looked up definitions on WIKIPEDIA to see what the results meant and what my husband had!

We then told him some of the symptoms still persist after a week and this guy used WIKIPEDIA and GOOGLE to look up what to do when a patient's symptoms persist. WTF? His answer: more antibiotics. We asked if it was necessary because we didn't want to take more if it wasn't needed. His answer "well that's what this says (Google/Wikipedia) if symptoms persist take antibiotics."

We mentioned it wasn't that bad and if there was anything else we could do, maybe he's just still recovering. Doctor actually said "Take them or not. Do whatever you want, I don't care". How do these people have medical licences?!! Don't go here!
