Wow so they treated someone using my ID (stolen identity) so I've been trying to call them for over an hour to get information so I can file a police report and their phones are shut off!!!!!! How do they run a business when their phone doesn't even ring. I'm so annoyed!

Walked in to this clinic this morning. Saw sign outside stating "no appointment necessary". How incorrect that turns out to be. Inside were only a couple people waiting in chairs. The receptionist greeted me and I told her I had a driver's medical examination to have completed. She told me I could not have that done today. She would be able to book me an appointment 20 days from now. I found this to be a huge shock. I am in my 30's in good health. The government requires this form to be completed and my local medical clinic does not seem to care. I had my spouse go in there after and the wait time quoted to her is 20 minutes. Sad turn of events by a medical clinic that does not have your side to help you.

Rude receptionists. We are all busy - a little respect and smile would go along way.

The doctors there are great, it's the staff that are so incredibly rude.
