I went to see Dr. M*** as a walk-in client to obtain prescription refills. I brought my medication profile that had been prepared by a Safeway Pharmacy as well as my almost-empty medication bottles.
When I went to Safeway Pharmacy, the Pharmacist told me the prescription had changed for two of my medications. Dr. M*** made two errors in writing my re-fill prescriptions. This was a very simple task. It leaves me wondering about his other competencies.
